How do you put your game data from one memory card, to another?

I want to transfer my Monster Hunter Freedom Unite game data from my crummy 32mb memory card to my new 2GB memory card. How do I go about doing this? C:

Oh yeah, this is for PSP!!

Copy the save file onto ur computer, then copy that over to the new card after switching the cards on the psp.
