while i disagree thrones should be worth so much, they are a fairly good looking valuable seat, the only other seats that work in casinos tend to be pillows and casino owners are the main target audience when dealing with thrones.

same reason hcs were worth so much before they crashed, thrones are not only a furni, but they are also a widely accepted form of currency. thrones are incredibly easy to buy and sell off, unlike most other rares which make them quite appealing.

this is just my take on it though, feel free to criticize!

They do look really nice and I don't think there are that many. I know there are loads, but not as many as other rares. Some supers just haven't done so well even though they are actually rare because of their appearance. I think it's mainly down to appearance of the throne and it's history.

I disagree that thrones should be worth so much too. Tbh they are EXTREMELY ugly, and tend not to go with cinos imo. They arent that rare, but ye the reason that thrones are so much is primarily that the casino owners will use them as seating and as a major betting item and that they are sometimes used as a currency, though definately gbs more commonly as thhe currency tbh.

Not everything can be worth the same amount!

Can you imagine in real life if an Ikea sofa was worth the same as a Ralph Lauren Sofa? It's just being true to life

I don't even think that 280-300c is a lot for a Throne? Remember when HCs were 14c per and Thrones were worth 90 of them? That's when Thrones were worth a lot, they were 1000c+. Some rares are worth a lot more than Thrones so I don't see how they are worth a lot as you put it, they may be worth a lot to those who don't have much to begin with. I think people consider them nice and such just because those who have a few creds wish to save up for a Throne, nothing else but a Throne. You don't see people wanting to save up for something such as a Blue Kimberlite Fountain or a Blueberry Slurpee, it's a Throne as they are used for many purposes issued above with seating, betting whereas the others aren't as useful.

    Exactly my point!

Before I got into trading all I would have liked was a Throne, then, eventually I got two (got hacked after but not the point). They may be expensive to some people now, but just think of the old days - not saying I want the old days back but still.
