It seems the badge for being a helper for 7 days (which would progress you to the 2nd level) has glitched (as some users predicted lmfao). I got the badge a few min ago and it says:
It also only progresses you partially along the talent tree aha. Hopefully it'll be fixed tho., I'd imagine lots would complain.

Yup, exact thing has happened to me. Eurgh.
Also, I noticed a few small changes to the helper system yesterday (go to room when on hotel view, talent & helper tool badges corrected, 'check your process' button added), I think they may have fixed it then - hence getting the first badge today.
