When you're hacking at bush they randomly appear, kill them to get a snake hide.

its exspensive i spent over 10k for like 10 hides just on anti poisons

Poison is no problem for me i have like 50 vials of anti-poison that I got from herblore.
Do I need to do a quest for this? because every time i go to chop down the bush things, it keeps saying "maybe you should ask the locals before chopping this down" or something :\
