... is it over or something?

it's not over, just keep reloading the room, since it uses a user enters room wired trigger it only allows one habbo to get the badge every 0.5 seconds, so more than likely someone else entered the room the same time as you, you can get the badge from being on spectator mode as well, which means that there will be a lot of people entering and leaving the room constantly.
just keep doing it until it works anywaymagik*magik
