Default Online File Sharing - What's Missing?

Right, so I own & operate a small file sharing website (Torox). I've looked around many very popular file sharing sites, all of which host legal and illegal content.

So I was wondering, if you could add a feature to any file sharing site what would it be?

Also, what's your preferred file sharing website & why?

I suppose for a lot of people peace of mind.

The problem at the moment is file sharing has had problems - with big and popular sites being taken down people are worried who to go to, they don't want to host files with a site that might end up getting closed.

The problem is if your going to be offering both legal and illegal or won't have a proper way to always know then that risk is going to always be there

I use Mediafire alot, mainly for their new one-click upload. So much easier right clicking a file on my pc, and pressing upload.

Speed is my number one factor... if an upload site is going to limit downloads to 100 or even 400kbps I'm not gonna go there very often. If I can get a 1MB/s + I'm happy.

Try Torox's Drag and Drop feature, it's the same as moving a file to a new folder on your computer. Pretty smart if you ask me.

That's the problem there - you need to offer more than the top ones offer or they'll just stick to them
