What do you make of these? I'm looking for a new computer to replace my outdated current system and I came across these on eBay. Are they too good to be true?

My brother is getting one of these computers soon for Christmas. The company that sells these computers are pretty good and sell all types of computer-related stuff. These two are a bit more expensive than the ones you've found, but they are well worth the price; I'd recommend looking around at the deals in their shop to see what's right for you, they receive nothing but positive feedback.

    1) Processor is pretty ****, graphics card is definitely **** and my tablet has more disk space. XP.
    2) Graphics card sucks, no operating system, **** motherboard.

Good computers if you want to upgrade them though.

The first system is basically 2 Pentium 4 CPUs and would be waste of money as it is so outdated. No idea how they can call it a gaming PC.

As for the second one I think they've cut about every corner they possibly could. If you use a case+450w PSU that only costs £19.99 you're going to have a bad time.

Can either of you suggest a buy for as little as possible? I'm totally skint and I'm **** at saving, I'm only looking to spend about £300. I'm usually on Photoshop CS5 and I do a little bit of light gaming, mainly games such as Empire Total War. Do you know of anything that would fit my needs for that budget?

    Cheers lads!

I wouldn't recommend buying pcs off ebay even off trusted sellers, it's always risky. I'd stick with big companys like dell etc if you didn't want to build it yourself.
