    Hey,

    I forgot my password so I decided to reset it. I clicked "forgot password" and got the email that Habbo sends to you. I clicked the link to reset my password and then this came up, when the link opened.

    "Unfortunately we encountered an error while trying to process your request. Please try again."


    Then there's a link to bring you back to Habbo Home :/

    What's this error and can I get my password back?? What should I do??

    They probably encoutered server errors or something, just try going through the whole thing again!!

    I would just resend and try again Jamie. If not, then looks like you will have to submit a customer support ticket!

    4th time sending it again but still no success..... guess I will have to use customer support (which will take a billion weeks to get back to me)

    I hope you know your account very well! they ask tons of questions, i'd just try to reset it again tomorrow, I think that'd be quicker.
