I have grown 2 monster plants level 8. Is it possible to sell them? Also can you breed them to get a higher level plant?
Is it impossible to make a level 10?

No, it's not impossible to make a 10. You just need to get lucky. I made my 7 by breeding my 5 with a 4! I think I got really lucky, though. Obviously, the higher level you breed with, the better chance you will gain a higher level seed.
You can't sell plants, but some people may pay to breed with your seed. You're more likely to sell seeds than breeding rights.

i bred my level 8 plant with a level 1 seed and got another level 8 seed. am growing that just now. how much is a level 8 seed worth?

Like 20c if your really lucky. Seeds used to be worth a bit when there was hardly any, but now they are pretty much junk.
