Are there any sites were you can let other's Tweet from your account but not let them edit the password, avatar, bio or read direct messages - a bit like a free version of http://hootsuite.com/?

There is http://www.grouptweet.com/ but most of these have two versions: One with limited features which is free and then a premium which offer a lot more features.

http://mediafunnel.com/ this did have a free version and paid and I use the free version but viewing the site not sure if its changing now - this supports facebook pages to and you have set controls
