Maybe this isn't just habbox it seems to not be working on any sites (habbo avatar gens)

Pretty sure it's because they take the image off of homepages and because of the mute/restricted communication they're all blocked.

No idea how they work, but guessing by what OP posted they get the image from http://www.habbo.com/habbo-imaging/a...ure=sml&size=l

which still exists and I can't see it being removed as home pages will probably come back at some point, and it'll still be used for places like avatars page (habbo.com/identity/avatars), actual home page (your habbo) and so on
