iPhone/iTunes syncing issue

Restored and updated my iPhone today, and then re-jailbroke it. Didn't take a backup as I wanted to start fresh.

iPhone 3GS 5.1.1
iTunes 10.6.3.25

As you can see it's telling me it's syncing, but when it completes nothing appears on my iPhone. Really starting to piss me off.
I've posted on the apple forum but I might aswell watch the clouds go by.

Any ideas?
