If you don't talk on it sadly you will find listener numbers will be low. I've seen a load of radio stations just playing music and stuff - the problem is that those listening are usually listening on a computer and so have their own music, access to stuff like spotify and YouTube etc. What they want is entertainment. But I'm sure you can set Winamp to use a microphone or get hold of something like Sam Broadcaster

yea i know, just my current set up for the sight does not allow me to broad cast my voice due to using win amp, for i am unable to link sam to it >_>

Are you using the SHOUTcast plugin with Winamp because it allows you to change from music to microphone etc. I used it along with a microphone when I first started presenting many years ago so you should have no reason not to be able to talk with it.
