About Us
We are a new online Community for Teenagers. We intend to keep the teenagers busy on the internet and get them active with talking to other people the same age. With our site monitored 24/7 by staff we hope to provide a safe and secure site. However we are currently down for maintenance as we intend to bring in a new team of staff. We hope to be as big other sites that are out there to provide a fun environment.

Job Positions
We intend to have over 25 members of staff to help fill all the positions we have available. (All positions are mentioned in our Application Form.) Our application form is different to others to apply you must e-mail [email protected] then you will receive an e-mail within seconds (check your Junk box.) showing the different ways of applying. The reason why we use documents instead of an online form as it eliminates the spam we have received over the last week.

The DJ position is completely different after filling out the online application form you will then have to go through another three stages which are
Stage 1 – Online Skype Interview. (You may be allowed to use another online chat other than Skype.)
Stage 2 – A one hour DJ Trial. You skills will be tested throughout this hour to make sure that you are a good DJ.
Stage 3- Extra Trial – The time of this trial is decided by the Radio Manager. This is to make sure you cover enough slot throughout the trial and to make sure you follow the rules.

All other Applications are as easy as 123. After sending us your Application form you will then be asked to go under a trial for a certain amount of time throughout that trial you will be told on things you could improve on so that at the end of the trial we can Employ you as part of the team.

I can understand why you want to have three stages for the dj applications but the reality is, you'll struggle. Most internet radios struggle to get staff these days and for a site that has no current listeners, you're asking for a hell of a lot. I wish you all the best though.

sounds like an absolute terrible idea. the whole 3 stages idea just makes it a whole lot harder for you to get staff. You want people to come to the site, not straight away fear them into spending hours trialing...

Just hire experienced Radio Presenters first, then holla up some people who want to start up in the radio industry. Bringing in experienced Presenters is a must because the likeliness of them having a fan base is high which will raise the websites popularity. You will be able to build a small community which could potentially grow.

I agree with the others, it's a hefty process and they'll give up with the application.
