You can tell you didnt make it, its alot better than your pc attempt but to much of an improvement to be believeable

well maybe you took the tiger form a site then pasted it on a black background ... you can tell cause look aty the way you cut it out -.-

You probably found a pic on Google, And Copy and Pasted it to paint, And added a background with your Flood tool, and Drew bart with the Paint brish thing.
