A week ago I went over to Guernsey for a day trip with Condor Ferries. They are always delayed and this day wasn’t any different. We pulled up in our car and the gentlemen checked us in and said the ferry was delayed by three hours. What a surprise! We queued up in a lane sitting there waiting. The ferry got cancelled in the end without any updates.
Write a complaint letter after sitting there for three hours with no updates?
