I believe so mate! Once you get to the max on talent tree it stops recording. (I think)

when the next bit is unlocked it might say bump it up to how long you've actually done, but the thing is stuck atm.

They are taking way too long with this.. -.- All the new members will be able to get to where we are.. Not really fair. :/
I think they should put an end to the first quests of it, so new members that have no experience but want badges get to decide stuff like this.
