No i don't think you can achieve what you want.

You want to be able to have a second monitor.
Depending on your graphics card this is possible.

I am convinced you cannot do this. This is like have two mice plugged in and trying to control the same pointer. Unless the PC game specifically allows you to only refer to inputs from the controller only.

Without being 100%, if you have all the requirements without going out to buy something. Try it

It sounds like a completely plausible idea to be honest. You would just need to figure out if you can stop the game responding to keyboard and mouse inputs.

Only a wired one thought a wireless one you can't just plugin. You would need to get the wireless bluetooth dongle thingy i think.
