I really enjoy this new idea that Laura has posted about! Reading these posts on day to day activities gives me more of an idea of what Habbox staff go through to keep the forum running like a fine tuned machine. It also answers all future questions that I would have before applying for a position within the forum/main web site.

Have you read any of these? If so comments on the idea?

I also agree that this is a really good idea ( ignore the bias considering i'm also working very hard on it with laura!)

Was finding it super interesting for example reading the moderation one I wrote, and it really answers questions I had about forum mods

Would be nice for management and general management to do a unique one at the end! Good idea I think.

This would be really interesting. I would love to find out what they're required to do on a day to day basis.

They're really interesting to read, getting an insight into what different departments do each day.

I think it would probably work better if the people writing the articles weren't just news staff who happen to have jobs in other departments, but the concept is nice

That's very nice thing to say, Habbox staff work really hard making this site the best it can be and it's good to have their achievements recognised in this way

Since joining the forum and becoming active once again I have realized the amount of effort and dedication these people give to the forum. Everyone adds a special touch to something they do. This is why I think it's a great idea to show a high level of appreciation to anyone who is a staff member.

Without them what would be so special about this forum?

Only 2 of them have been News staff so far, and I asked every manager to get volunteers. Everyone who is doing it was the only person to volunteer in their department, so it's not like I've specifically asked the News Staff. It's kind of common sense that the people who are accustomed to writing articles would be the first ones to volunteer though!

no thats not how it works

one person signed up to provide us an article/bullet points, and all me and laura have been doing is adding stuff and correcting spag etc, and in the case of bullet points forming it into an article.
