Strength Training?

Hey guys,

So I've recently got back into Runescape and I need to get 99 strength, currently at 90 strength with 80 attack & 80 defence.

Is bandits still the best place to train strength with guthans, or is there new places?

heres a few that work far better -

Armoured zombies
Vyrelords (wont even need guthans here lmao due to constant praying)
Lrc
Dag sentinels (quest/dom tower)

im not that well versed tho so i may have missed a few

Armoured Zombies are good esp if you have the salve amulet(e).

Personally I do slayer. Get slayer exp, plus the str exp.. well worth it.

hmmk, i'll do some armoured zombies at first and see how they go.

was thinking - salve amulet (e), veracs, rapier, d defender. then just soulsplit & turmoil them?

since theres altar close by, see how much xp I get from that, may do slayer later

Mm I would also suggest u test out Vyrelords too, altar ther but no rapier costs, insanely high hits with polearm and some money from deaths and bloods, as well as decent effigies ;p but ye just try each one out see what u like best. Slayer is only worth doing for raising combat if u ever think ull max tho, as it ain't the quickest xp (or if your gonna get 95 for ganos or 99 to improve hex chances or.90 for bn).

ahh ok. I'll have a look at them. need to do like all the myreque quests, apart from those quest I can do the quest needed for vyrelords.

is it worth doing 2-3 of the myreque quests?

Ah I got 93 prayer atm but waiting till 700k xp cause I got nearly smoky dbones for 95 tthen ;p
