Default How to get rid of spots.

Ok I used to have spots now I dont...
Woot here is what I did.. It will work for you too

Goto your gp and get some tablets called: Minocin MR
Goto a health shop and get some zinc tablets (Take 30 MG a day) and get some Vitamin C tablets - I use 100 mg
Take your zinc, vitamins and minocin everyday.
Drink lots of water (8 glasses a day if you can)
Eat healthy! Cut out all the junk eat salad fruit etc. you are allowed a bit of junk but not that much. I started drinking loads of water and eating healthy about 8 days ago and they have already gone! and my spots were quite bad.

Hope this helped, just wish somebody had of posted it before me then I wouldnt have to find out by experimenting.
Oh yes also cut out on 'smexual activities' That includes with yourself  LMAO

Also drink smoothies, you can get them from asda
