How to get directly in touch with Roxio? +rep

I bought one of their products through Amazon and I'm happy with it to a certain extent but I can't find any way to get directly in touch with them. All of their help pages just redirect me to this knowledge base thing which doesn't help me in any way. I'd like to get in touch with them directly to actually get some help on how to solve the problems that I am having with their product but I can't seem to find anything, I've checked the website as best as I can. Any help?
