    Default VM/Internet/Router question

ok so im moving room and taking a V+ box and a pc that doesn't support wireless, i'm going to call out a technician and stuff to sort out the tv, but if i ask can/will they do anything so i can use an ethernet in that room without running one through the wall (moving the hub would cause a problem the other way with my brothers pc).

im thinking they suggest putting the hub into modem mode and installing a router in the next room but we'll see.
what'd you think, is there anything other than that, that they can do?

Any of these would probably be great for what you're after.

To make sure your brother can use his PC via ethernet too, you'd need an extra router (unless your VM modem has more than one ethernet output), but then you could just plug a powerline in your room and the room with the modem.
