    Default Thoughts on death?

Weird thread but just thought to myself, when I die i'll not exist anymore. I won't be here and it'll be so weird, quite a scary feeling. What'll happen after, is there life after death? What does everyone believe? D:

i believe there's nothing after death, once you go - you go.
i guess it's a nice feeling for those who do though, comforting maybe? that they believe their lost loved ones are in a good place.
    not scared of death either

Don't fear death and don't believe there is (nor want there to be) anything after death.

tbh all you have to do is think about where you were before you were born... you didn't exist

if you believe in heaven or whatever then I'm guessing you also believe that the earth is flat and that your mum isn't a prostitute

    I believe in heaven.

I can't say why, or justify it - I just do.

i like to have the ability to control of things in my life, but death frightens me the most because it's something that no matter what i do, it'll inevitably happen and i have no clue what will happen once i die. that's mainly why i hope there's an afterlife (whether that be heaven, reincarnation, etc.) because i just hate thinking about not being able to feel, think, sense or exist.

As Dumbledore once said "To the well-organised mind, death is the next great adventure"
I don't really believe in an afterlife so not sure adventure is the right word but I'm not really scared of death. When it happens it happens and it doesn't matter what I do I can't avoid it. I think a good question might be to ask if immortality was an option would you really want it? I sorta like that the natural order of things is that you can't be around forever so you have to make the most of what you've got.

i wouldn't say i'm scared or worried about death, not yet anyway. i don't tend to think about it much though. as for what happens after you die, i believe that there isn't anything. once your dead nothing exists anymore and you don't have a clue what happens next.

death has never affected me when it comes to my family/friends
i've lost a lot of people in my life and have never gotten upset about it
it happens to everyone at some stage

SAYING THAT, i'm afraid of my own death, as i'm assuming that's me gone for good.
