So I have now done 3 appeals to get my Kikali31 account unbanned, and in the first two it was solved by Yoselin, thinking it was a correct ban.
I tried it again 2 days ago, and basicly copy pasted my previous appeal. In the bottom I asked for it NOT to be solved by her as I felt she didn't understand my words.
It was replied to today, BY HER, saying that my details were wrong so she couldn't confirm I was the owner of that account, therefore she couldn't talk to me about it.
I gave the EXACT same details, and the first two times it was correct but now it's WRONG?? When NOTHING changed?? And why did SHE answer to it when I asked her NOT to?!?! Sulake Staff is getting dumber every day!
Also I ask her a question about something she said that I did not understand, and instead of answering to my question she just copy pastes the SAME THING I didn't understand!!
I'm so pissed at this omg. -.-
