Minor change to rep removal criteria

There has been a very minor change to the rep removal criteria which should clear up a few issues with revenge rep.

The line we have changed previously said:

You can have -rep removed if:
The -rep is given as revenge

It now says:

You can have -rep removed if:
The -rep is given in revenge e.g. references negative reputation and not a thread or post
