Google says it's an Organisational Chart and that's it?
•Hierarchical: In Hierarchical organization chart the organization is divided in to different levels where the line of command follows downwards from the top level to the bottom or the lower level.
•Matrix: In matrix organizational chart the organization is divide such a pattern that the same skilled peoples are pooled together in a group reporting to the respective manager of there group.
•Flat or Horizontal: In Flat organizational chart there are few or no levels. It may consist of only managers and the workers and this type of organizational charts are possible only in small or individual unit organizations.
Looks like Matrix to me?

I think you might be right and this is a tall structure: http://www.google.com/imgres?q=Vodaf...80&tx=50&ty=68 ? I've just done an assignment on their new one being a tall structure, should I change it or should I leave it with this one (this was their old one).
You could do both couldn't you or check when they first updated it. The matrix and flat ones sound similar but this is why I failed Business.Should come up with the picture of it.

Yeah thanks, the old one was 2006 and the first link I gave you was in 2010. I suppose I could do both, ugh and I haven't even thought about matrix etc. It's only two passes, ffs! Thank you so much guys.

EH, you've confused me now! I thought it was either flat or tall and then either geographical, matrix etc. I thought all organisational structures were hierarchical?Google says it's an Organisational Chart and that's it?
