Fluffy hair.

So my hair is normally nice and thick and kinda fluffy in the morning after washing it before school.
However at like the end of school it always feels really flat and needs a wash, any ideas how to keep this fluffyness longer?

I blow-dry with my head upside down. I assume this only works with long hair though :S
