Nice logo, for your forum to have potential you should work on your marketing techniques by including a link for us lazy people

1. You've provided us with no link.
2. You've not stated what your forum has to offer.

I like the colours of it but it doesn't really scream out at me at the moment.

However the point still stands, and from what I saw I think you should remove the little images in the forum headers (e.g. Smiley face for "Main Chat").
