Strange report reply

Hey guys, this morning I reported someone for being highly abusive towards another user and I received this reply minutes later

If it was obvious those Habbos were bullying someone, I think that reply was stupid as even if they are busy, they need to be careful with breaking the Habbo Way.

If you reported someone for bullying, surely the report would have been sent to the Guardians and you wouldn't have received that message?

Unless no guardians picked it up of course. Either way, I'm sure I've heard of somebody getting that message before.

did you report once or more? really bad how they're not dealing w/ bullying though if that's the messages you're getting back.

To be honest I don't think mods actually read chat logs, they just randomly click ban or delete report for fun .

If they are too busy to deal with bullying it's terrible. They are far too quick to ban someone for saying 'Habbox' but they won't ban someone if they are bulling another user. It's sad really .

I listed it under 'threatened or being put in danger' because the words that came out of the user's mouth were that.

TBH I never report bullying to the gardians, I always report to the MODs but put it in the "threatening or putting someone in danger" because that's like an "other" category. Everytime I've reported bullying to the MODs they have dealt with it well, by either a warning, mute or ban.
