Howdy, As I really can't find anyone who really, is worthy of a Manager role. Of this up-coming huge fan-site I want to open apps up to the public. I really only tell a lot of detail about the site to those who are into it.

You haven't even named the site so I doubt it would be huge... you need to get a fanbase, it won't be huge automatically also why would they need to add your Skype, what's wrong with VMs and PMs?
