I think they're 15 minutes, could be wrong though. They can be longer too depending if you got it off a mod or Guardian I believe.

Mine used to be 15 mins, then 1 hour and now 2 hours!! I think it's because I'm muted so regularly though

Well my friend has gotten mutes from 15-60 minutes Which really sucks.
Also I dont like the muting people for 10 minutes of they spam....
