Some normal rare values... :)

Hey, here are my some of my latest normal rare values:

Throne: I've seen the Throne traded lately at around 19 CS, although most people offer abit more, so I would place it's value at 19.1 - 19.2 CS
Throne Sofa: I've seen people trying to trade this for 4 CS lately, but most people find it quite difficult, so I'll place it's value at 3.8 - 3.9 CS
Green Birdbath: Seems to be traded for more then it's value lately, I'll estimate it's value at 4.3 CS
Petal Patch: I've found this is also been traded for slightly more then it's value, so I would place it at 2.8 CS.

Your values seem good, ive seen petals going for 2.7 hcs, so yeh that ones pretty accurate. all of them are. so thanks.

Good to see some accurate non-biased values. I notice alot of people when selling petals will take 5 hcs for 2 of them lately. I invested in 80 petals a while back and when I noticed people werent wanting them I scrambled to sell them and ended up selling my last 10 for 25 hcs.

Very good values though, give your opinions on any variations of other posted rare values.
