Tooth Pulled Out! Question!

So today, without any notice, my dentist pulled my tooth out. I was numb, and I am eating noodles (cant eat anything else), and when I put my pips together, my top lip goes one way ---->
and my bottom lip goes the other way <-------------

Is this because of the numb-ness? I remember last time I had my tooth took out, it did the same?

It seems you have answered your own question. It will be related to the numbness in your mouth - It will go back to normal after a couple of hours.
