I'd probably go with the idea of bulking a particular item, but not items that are too common, and then sell them at the right time when the value is higher . e.g. I've done certain colour pillows, amber lamps..

Yeh, other than my maze, the helpdesk and casinos when I need to make a little $. I don't actually like Habbo

cant go too wrong with bulk floorings then zak for each new room u need !!

Did you do the bots thing? Like, in some of your maze rooms you could make it more interactive and things or just make the rooms better designed. It's been a long time since I've been in your maze though and from what I remember it was well designed anyway.
