banned?

This is a question for everyone. I need someone elses opinion on what to do.

About a year ago. I was hacked big time on habbo hotel. I had a nice city which included alot of retro habbo items from when i first started in 2007.

I go to get on and it acted up so i said nadda. I get back on to find my rooms destroyef. All my 5000 plus gold gone
My rooms gone. All i had left was starter furni n a dog.

She told me i was hacked. I thought nothing about it n i changed my pw n reported to habbo.

They did nothing to help my issue only a slap n say sorry. NOW heres the thing.. the person left a sticky telling me in no few words or less to BEEP off you BEEP *REMOVED* BEEP BEEP BEEP. These designs n rooms r mine. Next time change your pw. That then followed to charges on bank account to where no one knew came from. Email wad hacked... so i was screwed

Now i know who hacked me. The user is *REMOVED*. After my rooms were hacked, a new city appeared under his name with my items stating he created it.. within days... he became famous

Top rooms with alot of likes and faves..

And they were not his designs but mine with my items.

He did sign the note using his name.

So hes taking credit for designs n items that arr stolen.

Now why a year? Let me explain..

After 3 days or so i changef pw on everything... cancled bank card n account.. reopened it later... chsnged pw on email n paypal.

Only to return to habbo to see i was banned fot spamming till jan of this year on this date.

I said wtf... so i waited n complained.. habbo still did nothinf..

I go to get back on... and now habbo said perm ban for buying and selling gold from outside sources of which i never did.

I am at a loss on what to do.. can someone direct me in the right direction?

Total losses? 590 dollars worth of habbo coins bought on habbo n cards from 7-11.

I have since forgotten the name of rlthat user.. but then again i use multiple emails now to prevent rhat from happenimg again.
I did not cause this but rhey perm banned my name for an issue i did not do... im out of loss here ty.

Also i had a total of 20 or so plus rooms. I believe, now im thinking about it, my name was theartistknownas. I did however screenshot all my designs for safe keeping and rebuilding of which i will post up here for voting later.

Have you had a new computer since your last hack? If not, then you might have a keylogger virus which could explain alot?

Other suggestions:

1. Don't click on links or go on sites that look like it could cause harm for your computer.
2. When changing passwords and emails, make it so no one would ever guess it (So change it completely, for example; if your last email was Ilovedogs101@whatever and you changed it to Ilovecats101@whatever the 'hacker' could quite easily guess it.).
3. Does anyone in your household or friends have access to your habbo account or computer? It could be one of them.

Just e-mail habbo with all your problems and see what they do about it.
