Can't edit titles in Classic Skin [FIXED]

As it says, couldn't edit a thread title in classic skin, changed to Dojo skin and it worked just fine.

On second thoughts, who knows. I'm trying to test changing this title in the Dojo and now that doesn't work. So maybe I'm just failing at clicking in the right place.

Lee or some other mod noticed this a while back. I've had a look into it before and there's no clear reason for it not to work. I think Kieran looked as well.

Any chance that when we click edit that we get an advanced edit page as opposed to a quick edit page then?

I'm pretty sure it doesn't work in the 2010 Forum Skin also, there's definitely more than one

I believe I've found a partial source to the problem, need to look into it.

I was going through them and noticed it didn't work on '11 site skin or '11 Christmas skin but then I got to the Dojo and couldn't get it to work when previously I could. Maybe only certain forums can do it? I'll try that out...

Forums definitely have something to do with it, so perhaps there's a permissions issue as well? I cannot edit the title at all in this subforum, no matter which skin, but in current affairs I can do it in Site Skin '11 for example (and not in Classic)

This forum may not be setup to allow title editing or it may be getting confused due to the prefixes, but that's not a skin issue.


I think Classic skin will be the only problematic one from a skin point of view since it's the only old skin that's been upgraded through the feature being added.
