    Pretty sure you need a radio receiver for this, and I don't think the Nexus has one according to this thread.

    Try TuneIn app if you're on Wi-Fi (don't think it performs very well on 3G).

    Has always worked great for me on 2g, 3g and 4g.

    Most phones/tablets will do it, just moan about headphones being plugged in for an antenna.
