Default Microsoft Access 2007/2010 vs 2013

Are they any major differences between Access 2007/2010 (I've used both and they're basically both the same) and 2013? I have my ICT exam next week and need Access to practice, but have used the 2010 trial on all my devices already - if I use 2013 will there be any noticeable difference which could mean I can't practice past papers etc at home, and then do it the same way in the exam?

The core features and functionality will be the same in 2013 - I don't personally use Access so I can't say much about it but the noticeable difference you will probably notice is the UI changes.

Just had a quick look and there is very little difference between the two versions
