    Default One month ban

    Hey guys,

    Got banned yesterday when I was typing the lyrics to one pound fish to annoy someone. Whilst trying to imitate the guys voice I changed the spelling to 'caaam on ladies' instead of 'come on ladies' which was a pretty stupid thing to do and its understandable why I was banned almost immediately. However, I cannot seem to find the section on 'Customer Support' where you used to be able to go to submit a help ticket/ ban appeal, since I am sure that if someone looked into the chat logs the context of the sentence would be crystal clear and clearly a mistake rather than me asking ladies to go on cam...

    I have noticed a few people on this forum have been appealing bans recently, where are you all going to be able to do this?

    Cheers all,
    Jord.

    Hiya, usually it'll be at the bottom of the login page then you'd be asked to login etc. one thing though, not many people admit they got a rightful ban lmao . Hopefully it gets unbanned.

    When I was permed, I couldn't log onto my 650c account so I had to go on my alternate account to submit a request and proove that it was legit.

    Anyway, It's at the top next to 'Check Your Existing Requests'

    Basically, when I go onto the Customer Support link on my alt for a split second the 'Submit a request' button is appearing next to 'FIND YOUR ANSWERS HERE' and then it looks like this http://puu.sh/1NEB6

    I managed to click the submit a request and it took me to the page to do it now, but its worrying that they seem to have tried to remove the ability to do so...

    Yeah it seems the system is redundant so any reports made go nowhere anymore, mine has just been stuck like this all day: http://puu.sh/1NNt4

    In fact I'm rather dissapointed with the state of the help system, there is now no way at all to contact Habbo or its staff to my knowledge, if you want help it puts you through to Habbo helpers who have no way of forwarding issues to moderators.

    This evening I was in the Welcome Lounge and saw a moderator, I forget his name, but I went upto him and whispered that I would like assistance and he just stood up and sat somewhere else. I then picked some spammer and reported them and in the report stated that I needed assistance with my account from staff and recieved a generic reply which actually said "The help system is for reporting users and account assistance, please help us to keep it this way". Nice one Habbo...

    I thought they were supposed to have sorted out the help and moderation system but it seems they still employ the same dim witted moderators and help staff that they always have. I used to have a screenshot from a night where a bunch of people continually entered a friends room and spammed racist comments in caps for about an hour (This was after the owner of the room had gone offline and at the time when muting someone had to be done every time they entered the room). I called for help and recieved a response from the moderator saying "No evidence of racism or spam" and took a screenshot of the comment with the entire background is filled with racist spam.

    Glad to see you're unbanned, it's usually the same when other songs come out that could be taken the wrong way.

    @e5; bit late aren't you ?
