Youtube Live Stream

Hello,
Call of duty black ops 2 now as a Live Stream... You sign into youtube & they give you a link. But the problem i am having is its saying i have not got my youtube stream active...

Does anyone know where i can find this to turn it on and to make it work? As i just want to test it out.

I believe you need to verify your YouTube account, normally with your mobile phone. If you go to http://www.youtube.com/account_features and click on Features under Channel Settings, I think you do it there. This also allows you to upload videos over 15 minutes.
