Thorpe Park ~ Interview

Okay so Today I had an interview at 11:00am I had gone to sleep from 1pm to 9pm leaving me awake untill now so as the time kept going my nerves just kept building until the time came to get ready so there's me jumping in the shower thinking to myself what it would be like and how I'll get there early to avoid a large amount of people being there before me I also kept repeating "I can do this, I can do this, I can do this" so as I put my suit on I was getting more nervous each minute. So then it came to leaving as I got dropped off at Thorpe Park I walk down to the Reception to sign in. As I open the door I walk in thinking I'll be the first one there but no in fact the room was full. So I'm thinking to myself O..M...G. So then I lined up and step by step moved forwards and I got told to wait on the side with others to be checked.

Finally we went to the training room where I had gotten an introduction from like 20 staff members and watched a clip on Thorpe Park. We then got put into 2 big groups and stood in a circle discussing the picture/object we brought in explaining why we brought it. After that we then was in groups as we were sat and had to build a tower out of blocks while members of staff stood behind/in front/the side and any other way possible watching everyone as they work in a team which is obviously showing Team working skills & communication skills. Some people got put into another group but only like me and some others after this happened we had to design a room for Thorpe parks new "Crash Pad" and we had to do things for it such as think of a catch phrase,Name, design , advertising & who would sponsor it. After that I had a 1 to 1 Interview with one of the staff members and that was it.

Personally I hated the groups I was with because 1) They repeated my Idea and got credit for it. 2) they wasn't very communicable . I'm not getting my hopes up though as there was a LARGE amount of people there although they did tell us they get like 2000 Applications and we had got through to the interview stage so anyways that was my day.

I remember my Alton Towers interview... what a joke. They rang me 10 minutes after to tell me I had the job. Think the manager fancied me.

I think I get told after 10 days but due to the amount of people I'm not getting my hopes up
