Not a bad price, is it located near the University?

We signed for our 8-bedroomed townhouse before Christmas, it's literally 2 minutes from the University and is £69 a week with all bills included, along with a new kitchen, bathroom being put in and all re-painted. Not yet heard of anyone getting a better deal than that so far.

10 minute walk great student location too, hyde park in leeds, we weren't going to sign that day but he persuaded us with a 42" tv if we did! we're also requesting new carpets & new washer/dryer

the deposit was only £100 too compared with 200-300 for other companies

it's slightly overpriced i think but it's only a 4 bed & it has 2 bathrooms which is very rare for a 4 bed

I live in Leeds also, so I know the area well. And I must say that in comparision with some other areas of Leeds, it's quite nice - especially for student accomodation

Uhm, I've always been around people who know that area as not a fantastic one and usually would avoid going there if possible lol.

I never said it was the best place. I said it's better in comparison with other areas.
+ My mum lived there whilst she was in uni and she says it was decent enough.
