    Default Account Lock / Safety Lock

    Hi guys,

    I logged in through another PC not realizing habbo defaults the safety log preference. Its asking me for 2 safety questions that I have NO IDEA what I put for that. Do you guys have a solution to how I can fix this? Its really annoying... Cant buy or trade etc.

    you have to contact habbo to unlock your account.

    Use help.habbo.com to send a support ticket, and hopefully they can sort it for you . Or if you go on to the PC where you first entered them, you might be able to change the answers without providing the current ones - although, I doubt that.
