Art is something that I have had very little interest in all of my life. I have never been very good at it and I thought that it was very much a lost cause for me. This was until I recently discovered the historical and cultural links that can come from the simplest artworks, and now that I have grown to appreciate this more, I really find art quite interesting.

First of all this picture is representing friendship and love
It is a simple picture, and I like it. Mostly because it is much love in it.

I looove typography, it has to be my favorite type of art. This particular piece stands out to me because it is so... true haha.

Most interesting is of corse Edouard Manet's OLYMPIA!! Olympia challenges the society of Manet's time as well as the one we live in now. Without his work of Olympia portraits of vulgar, immoral and horrible figures wouldn't not exist.
