Ok so today I was browsing in the forums and I saw that a member of the forums had used the mod warn tags and posted on someone elses post. He is not a moderator as I've asked a member of the Mods and he said no. Can someone explain this?

He was a moderator back then when this was posted- That was quite a while ago, but yeah he was a moderator at one point. even so, normal members have the ability to use the mod tags but will be severely punished if they are caught doing it.

Also, wasn't there a thing a while ago where anyone could use the modwarn tags? Or is that still around just not allowed to do at all
