    Okay,

So I imagine a few people suffer from it here, I get it really bad, I've tried every pill, calpol like syrup. Im now wanting to get acupuncture which has been recommended by one of my mums friends, But has anyone else had this? If this doesn't work what's next? If you have Hayfever what solves it for you?

I had acupuncture two years ago 'cause it was so bad and I was the same as you: no medicine seemed to make any difference.

I got it really badly when the cherry blossom came out on the trees as we have like a million of them down one road I used to have to walk down to get to school. Anyway, like I said, I had it done two years. I was absolutely fine walking down that road last year so I strongly recommend it!

Ooh that sounds great as I was a bit edgy on getting it thinking it could be completely pointless

I've heard many positive reviews regarding acupuncture used for different reasons. Go for it

I get hay fever very seriously. My nose runs every 2 seconds, yet I can't breathe through my nose. Like... literally can't, if you covered my mouth up I'd die, cos I seriously can't - even now.

I've tried many things that don't work at all, however cool air unblocks my nose -- like from a freezer lol. But nothing stops my nose running.

Have you tried using Olbas Oil? I absolutely hate it but it works so well when my hayfever gets out of control

When did you use it? I find I have to put it on a tissue on my pillow right next to my head (don't do that if you move a lot in your sleep, I guess) and leave it there all night.

I find waking up the worst thing with Hayfever, I guess im lucky I work at home and can realistically wake up and work when I want, But actually getting up and feeling normal (rather than ill) is becoming a challenge throughout the years
