Question: where are the tickets?

Hello there,

I'm trying to recover my account (again) and wondered where the ticket thing has gone from the Habbo Help Tool. I'm logged into the Customer Support page, but I can't find the next step other than the FAQS which are no good to me.

Does anybody know where I can find it?

They have kinda stopped letting people submit tickets unless you have the direct link (which i find really weird, why would they do that lol)

But here's the link anyway, i think you need to have access to the email your account is linked to in order to confirm that you wish to submit a ticket (not sure on that part but you may as well try)

Yeah use the link above, the reply they send you won't appear on the help tool but instead in your e-mail inbox
