    Default INACTIVE EMAIL

    Basically, I log in with my correct email and password, then a box comes up which says:
    "There's a problem with your email

    [my email] is marked as inactive.

    Why?
    * Does your email address exist?
    * Have you blocked all communication from us?
    * Have you marked Habbo emails as spam/junk?
    * Is your email inbox full?
    Re-activate your email or enter a new email address: [my email]"

    My email does exist.
    I've already checked who I've blocked from sending me emails, I haven't blocked anyone.
    I haven't marked Habbo emails as spam.
    My inbox is empty.


    Even when I press "send activation email" I do not recieve an email. I can't even change my email address. it'll stay on that exact page, and I'm unable to do anything until I activate my email address.I have tried speaking to the elp tool but no response is given .I have over 200 c on that account .

    hotmail and yahoo have a history of losing activation/password reset emails regardless of whether you've blocked or allowed emails from habbo. What do you mean you can't change your email address? Just enter a new one when it asks you to?

    If I remember correctly you can't change you're email address without accepting a confirmation email sent to your current email address confirming that you do in fact want to change it.

    You could likely change it through the help tool if you can remember the answers to your security questions or something.

    Im having exactly the same problem, I tried logging in yesterday and it said my account it inactive, which it is not, and so I entered a new email address, and tried 3 different emails and it just kept refreshing the page and not progress, and when i pressed maybe later, it would still pop up, and everytime i would go to Habbo it would pop up, so I deleted my history and tried again. Still happpening! It's my habbo account of over 6 years and I can't even access it after not being on for less than a month!

    Yup Same with Me i Replyed to the Help Tool and there has bin No Reply since im confused and i want my habbo account back

    ok same thing with me but, i click send activation, then i wait on the page a while and another message coems up sayin your email is now marked as unactive , and theres a button u click under it, when u click it it takes u to ur habbo thing,

    the Habbo help tool is useless , i feel we deserve a refund and this is happening to us though no fault of our own.There is NO support given to us and we are left to face their problem on our own .The page just refreshes and no email is sent , this is very frustrating.I have tried contacting the moderators and the same stupid AUTOMATED response is given.
    any other ideas how to fix this?

    WE NEED TO WORK TOGETHER AND FIGHT TOGETHER ! ROAR! no seriously i need help too.. i send a request on help tool and it sends me an email about what i need to add and then when i click it, they send me to habbo.com. There is no other way until someone has tried everything. Does Habbo have a number? so we can call?
