I can assure you it is coming back, I did give ideas to @Inkwell; about it too which will expand who can win and everything. It was coming back for March so I'm not sure if she's chosen someone or not with recent changes occurring.

Am I right in saying that you can't sign up to Habbox.com anymore, and you need to sign up to make comments? So only the few people that have accounts can actually win this? Not exactly fair, not that it bothers me personally.
